|You will coordinate the product approvals process across 9 Story Brands by routing submissions for approval, facilitating the notes process across all stakeholders, maintaining timelines, and communicating feedback to licensees and agents.
You will ensure contractual obligations are met and will assist with forecasting and royalty reporting.
You will liaise with International Agents to extend 9 Story’s brands across the globe.
You will be collaborating with team across the company, including Marketing, PR, Creative, Development, Production, and Legal.
Additionally, there will be administrative duties such as managing VP schedules, booking travel, and creating and submitting expense reports

This role will be fast-paced and busy and would best suit someone who can handle high volumes of work with multiple shifting priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Other important attributes include:

Team player, with a hand that aims to support with utmost efficiency and forward planning, not to mention exceptional attention to detail.
You must love children’s animation and entertainment and relevant internship experience at a children’s media or consumer products company would be a great background to have.
You must be able to work flexible hours and travel as required.
You must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms.
You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
