The Post Production Supervisor is a vital role within the Post Production Team. Reporting to the Head of Post, this role involves daily prioritization of tasks and briefing for post personnel on specific high visibility productions. Our Post Production Supervisor will embrace cultivating a culture of high stand-ard delivery as part of a unique and innovative studio.



• Overseeing the successful delivery of 2 concurrent series
• Overseeing and supporting Co-ordinator sand Assistant with their daily tasks
• Overseeing overall schedules, ensuring multiple deliveries go on time each week.
• Anticipate possible delays and prevent these happening where possible
• Post Schedule Updates to Production – provide impact schedules where necessary in conjunc-tion with the Production team
• Compile reports to Post Manager and Producer.
• Communicate with other Supervisors to ensure most efficient use of resources
• Anticipate resources on upcoming shows and work with Head of Department to ensure shows are appropriately resourced.
• Produce weekly Stats for Production Team.
• Contribute to weekly Post Production and Production meetings
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising in a post-production environment.
• Experience in episodic post production deliveries
• Experience working with international broadcasters including track record in successful delivery
• Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent scheduling skillset
• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate potential issues before they become problems
• Excellent communication skills and desire to work as part of a busy multi-talented team.

Should the Covid19 restrictions still apply we are looking for successful candidate to start remotely first and then relocate to Dublin office on a full time bases once restrictions are removed. Must be able to work remote should the restrictions apply.
